Reservation Confirmation:

• A reservation is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of 100% payment from the guest.

• Upon confirmation, Tadoba Van Vilas Stays will issue a Booking Confirmation Voucher. This voucher is mandatory for check-in on the confirmed dates.

• Please Note: Check-in will not be permitted without the presentation of this voucher.

Payment Terms:

• An initial 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid 10 days prior to check-in to finalize the confirmation.

Amendments to Reservations:

• Tadoba Van Vilas (TVV) endeavors to accommodate reasonable requests for modifications or changes to bookings. However, please be aware that certain changes may not be feasible, and additional charges may apply.

• In the event of a shortened stay for any reason, the terms of the cancellation policy will apply.
