Cancellation Policy for Accommodation: –

• 45 Days Prior: A 10% deduction from the invoice value via the original payment mode or 100% as a future credit note (redeemable at Tadoba Van Vilas).

• 30 Days Prior: 30% deduction via the original payment mode.

• 15 Days Prior: 50% deduction via the original payment mode.

• Within 12 Days: No refund provided.

• Currency Note: Refunds in international currencies are subject to prevailing exchange rates during processing.

• Refund Eligibility: Applicable only for 100% paid bookings; partial payments are non-refundable.

Check-In and Check-Out:

🕚 Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early Arrivals and Late Departures:

• Arriving early? Book the prior night for immediate room access.

• Late departure? Reserve an extra night for continued room use until departure.

Additional Charges:

• a) Early check-in before 01:00 PM incurs charges.

• b) Late check-out after 11:00 AM incurs charges.

Flexibility Request:

Early check-in or late check-out subject to villa availability and at Van Vilas Stays’ discretion. Please inform the TVV team in advance.

Note: Guests must vacate the property by the stated check-out time on the Booking Confirmation.
